This Refunds Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made through the CybeSure website.

This is a summary only. The CybeSure Terms & Conditions take precedence in all cases.

1. General Policy

All CybeSure products and services must be paid for in full before access is granted.

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • whether you are purchasing as a consumer or a business;
  • the type of product or service purchased; and
  • whether access to digital content or services has already begun.

Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

2. Digital Content and Online Access

CybeSure primarily provides digital content and online services, including:

  • compliance templates and registers;
  • policy documents;
  • online portals and dashboards;
  • self-paced training and LMS access;
  • downloadable materials.

Once access has been provided, refunds are not available, except where required by law.

By purchasing and requesting immediate access, you acknowledge that:

  • delivery begins immediately after payment; and
  • your statutory right to cancel may be lost once access starts.

3. Consumer Cancellation Rights (UK & EU)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days.

This does not apply where:

  • digital content has already been accessed or downloaded; or
  • services have already begun at your request.

If cancellation is valid and access has not started, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

4. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance
  • They renew automatically unless cancelled
  • No refunds for unused time (unless required by law)

If cancelled:

  • access continues until the end of the billing period;
  • no partial refunds are issued.

5. Failed Payments and Chargebacks

  • Access may be suspended immediately
  • No refund will be issued unless legally required
  • You remain responsible for charges incurred

6. Business Purchases (B2B)

  • No consumer cooling-off rights apply
  • Refunds only where agreed in writing or required by law

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days once approved
